Unlocking every rumor on Koboh gives players access to valuable customization items and upgrades in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. One popular side objective is the Find the Gorge's Secret rumor, which leads Cal Kestis into a secluded zone known as the Winding Ravine. Completing this quest rewards you with unique lightsaber materials and extra collectibles hidden deep within the cliffs.
Starting the Find the Gorge's Secret Rumor
To initiate this quest, you must first progress through the main story until you complete the Forest Array mission. Afterward, head back to Rambler's Reach Outpost and look for a Prospector standing behind Pyloon's Saloon. Speaking with this NPC triggers the rumor and marks a location near the Derelict Dam on your map.
Reaching the Hidden Winding Ravine Area
Travel to the Derelict Dam meditation point and approach the massive Trontoshell creature. Use your Tame ability on the beast to make it lower its head toward Cal. Grab onto the vines on its tusk, allowing the creature to carry you across the chasm to the entrance of the Winding Ravine.
Navigating the Ravine and Claiming Rewards
Once inside the ravine, traverse through the cavern path using wall runs, rope swings, and platforming. You will encounter wild creatures along the way, including a Gorocco, which you can choose to fight or bypass. Catch a ride on a nearby Relter to glide across to the final platform containing a special chest. Opening this chest unlocks the Hunter Lightsaber Material set and completes the rumor objective.
Resolving Quest Progression Bugs
Some players report that the rumor marker remains active even after collecting the rewards from the chest. If this bug occurs, riding the nearby elevator or taming the Trontoshell again usually refreshes the quest status. Returning to the area after a game update or fast-traveling back to the site can also successfully clear the icon from your map.
